Innovation: Dominating with a multiple brand retail strategy

Having established Royal Sporting House as a household name for sports, the Company embarked on a multi-brand retail strategy during the mid-80s to tap different market niches. To evolve constantly with changing market conditions and consumer trends, the Company continued to revolutionise the sporting goods retail scene in the Nineties. Today, RSH encompasses an extensive and diverse retail network for sports, golf and active lifestyle, including: Royal Sporting House, Golf House and Pro Shops, Stadium by Royal Sporting House and Studio R as well as concept stores for Reebok, Lacoste, Nautica, Puma, New Balance and Rockport.
